The Manager will report directly to the president. The manager will be responsible for all functions in the operation of the clubhouse. The successful candidate must posses analytical and observational skills to demonstrate the ability to organize and follow managerial procedures. Be familiar with and able to use computer software. Have knowledge of the web and social media (postings). Willing to learn additional software associated wit the operation of the golf club

Job Description: 

• Daily food service as well as meals for weekly Men's night, Ladies night and tournaments 
• Planning wit the chef and aiding in the preparation and implementation of these events 
• Scheduling and training of staff for all special events as well as day to day operations 
• Purchase food, kitchen and cleaning supplies 
• Ensure cleanliness of premises 
• Purchase of items for the Pro shop 
• POS entry for memberships, cart rentals and other related fees Daily 
• cash reconciliation Ensure golfers are following all rules of the course, including attire, adhering to signs as posed by greenskeeper as well as following golf etiquette

Requirements: 

• Must posses a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle Interreact in a courteous professional manner with members and staff 
• Possess previous managerial experience 
• Grade 12 math Smart Serve Food service handlers certificate 
• Be familiar with computer software Find other sources of revenue for the year round operations of the club should it be required
