Parts and Service Advisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Parts & Service Advisor to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the face of our service and parts department, helping customers maintain and upgrade their favorite vehicles.

-         Greet customers, listen to vehicle issues, and document service requests accurately.

-         Help customers identify and order correct parts and riding gear.

-         Create detailed repair estimates for parts and labor costs.

-         Translate customer concerns into clear work orders for the service technicians.

-         Manage the service department calendar to maximize shop efficiency and turnaround times.

-         Prepare and submit warranty claims

REQUIREMENTS:

-         Prior dealership experience (automotive, powersports, or marine) is a major asset.

-         Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude

-         Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and electronic parts catalogs.

-         Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonally demanding environment.

-         Experience an asset - pay based on experience.
