We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Pet Store Manager to join our team at Cochrane Pet Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pets and a strong background in retail management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Lead and motivate a team of associates
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Manage inventory control and stock levels
• Implement store policies and procedures
• Achieve sales targets and profitability goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge or strong willingness to learn Smart Vendor POS system
