Roll and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and shipping warehouse orders, ensuring packing slips are accurate
• Assisting with loading and unloading products for customers
• Organizing and directing incoming products to their proper locations
• Gathering materials for customer orders (once familiar with products and processes)
• Having back doors unlocked and docks cleared for deliveries each morning
• Ensuring all receiving doors are locked at the end of the day
• Stocking shelves daily
• Cleaning and dusting display items
• Sweeping and mopping as needed
• Shoveling snow away from doors in winter  and applying salt as needed to prevent ice buildup
• Weed whacking and general upkeep around the shop exterior
• Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, including proper disposal of garbage and recycling
• Meeting productivity and accuracy standards in a timely manner
• Taking on additional tasks as you gain experience

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• No specific education required, but must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
• Knowledge of plumbing or electrical supplies is an asset
• Previous retail or warehouse experience is preferred, but we will provide full training to the right candidate

Level/Salary Range: $20 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
