Joel Vachon Trucking Inc. is looking for a reliable and experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our team.

License Required: Valid AZ Driver’s Licence Manual Experience 

Job Duties

• Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport materials and equipment.
• Transport materials.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with weight restrictions.
• Complete required driver logs, paperwork, and delivery documentation.
• Follow all company policies and Ministry of Transportation regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
• Report mechanical issues, accidents, delays, or other concerns to management.
• Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and job-site personnel.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ Driver’s Licence.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Previous commercial truck driving experience preferred.
• Manual transmission experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of Ontario transportation regulations is an asset.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain required paperwork.
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
