Bookkeeper (with office managerial duties) 

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager (in Person) to oversee the day to day  financial and administrative operations of our Company

         Full cycle  bookkeeping in Sage 50  -                accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments processing, bank reconciliation.

       . Maintain General Ledger Record and support month-end and year-end with external accountant

        Prepare and Submit government remittances and filings, including HST/GST returns and other required reports

       Payroll Processing – bi-weekly payroll with an outside payroll provider - T4 slips, Records of Employment, WSIB.  Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
      . Office Administration – Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative process and well organized.

       Maintain Office Records, filing systems, and confidential business documentation.
      

      Coordinate daily office chores, supplies, filing systems, obtain permits,  and maintain confidentiality

 .

Qualifications

             3+ years of Full Cycle bookkeeping experience preferred

.            Proficiency in Sage 50 preferred

           . Word, Excel experience

.              General office Experience

.             Ability to work with little supervision/meeting deadlines.  

               The hours of work can be determined with management and it can range from 25 hours to 35 hours per week.

Salary Range - $24.00 to $32.00 (based on qualifications)
