We are currently seeing a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our amazing Team! Our clinic focuses on improving hearing health. The Clinical Audiology Assistant will be working under the supervision of an Audiologist, to help the Audiologist work more productively. We are offering a part-time to full-time position, competitive salary with available health benefits.
Main duties and responsibilities consist of (1)assisting in hearing aid fittings, orientation of use/cleaning and in pairing wireless accessories; (2)perform hearing aid maintenance and verification as well as troubleshooting; (3)maintain the audiology clinic (infection control, inventory); (4)maintain social media.

-proficient in computer skills;
-proficient with iPhones and Android phones;
-strong interpersonal communication;
-excellent patient relations and customer service;
-ability to provide a high-level of patient-centered care;
-critical thinking;
-office equipment management;
-independent decision-making and problem-solving;
-adaptive to changes in the environment and ability to remain flexible;
-teamwork;
-professional attitude;
-excellent time management;
-bilingual;
-Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma.
