Location: Cochrane, Ontario (Detour Lake Mine Site)
Report To: DCS Services Site Services Supervisor or DCS Projects Group Supervisor
Employment: Temporary full-time with 2 weeks in/2 weeks out remote site rotation

DCS Services LP is presently working throughout Northern Ontario, including Agnico Eagle’s – Detour Lake Mine site located north of Cochrane, Ontario. With our Projects Contract, we presently are looking to fill the position for (4) equipment operators at Agnico Eagle’s Detour Lake Mine.
Job Description: As a member of the DCS team, the successful candidates will be responsible to perform specific duties such as, road maintenance, construction, excavation, road construction, brushing, reclamation and any other tasks. These positions could involve manual labour and can be physically demanding, and candidates are required to be flexible in handling a variety of the above tasks. You will also be required to work outdoors in a variety of environments.
Preference will be given to qualified members of Moose Cree First Nation.

Requirements and Qualifications: ➢

• An acceptable combination of education and at least five years operating experience. ➢
• Ability to follow work instructions and work safely with minimum supervision. ➢
• Valid G driver’s license, class AZ, DZ, B and C will be considered an asset. ➢
• MTCU surface miner registration. ➢
• Experience operating Heavy equipment i.e., 460 Deere rock trucks, 470 Deere excavators, 349 excavators, Cat Rock Trucks, D6, D7, D8, 650, 750, 850 JD dozers. ➢
• Experience working with Aboriginal communities is an asset. ➢
• Preference will be given to qualified members of Moose Cree First Nation. ➢
