Job Title: Field Welder

Shift: 5-5-4 Schedule with 12-Hour Days

Job Type: Full-time

360 Services Inc. is a leading welding and align boring company serving the Northern Ontario mining industry. Committed to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Field Welders to contribute to the success of our mining clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Welder, with a focus on field operations.
• Valid CWB tickets, all position SMAW/FCAW (preferred).
• Red Seal certification (considered an asset).
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
