Reporting to the Store Manager, as the Sales Representative you are responsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the AHF sales team. You must be adaptable and flexible in how the customer chooses to engage from initial inquiry to the final purchase. You are innately experienced in using multiple digital platforms to interact with customers from E-mails through to advance online and mobile applications.
As a Sales Representative, you believe and excel in immediate customer responsiveness and communication following AHF’s Customer-Driven Standards and all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
-Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by AHF.
-Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and budget
-Conduct demonstrations with customers to showcase the features and benefits of different products
-Provide customers with different options to meet their needs and close sales.
-Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications
-Exception customer service skills
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
-Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
-Professional sales aptitude
-Strong digital understanding
-Creative and solution-driven
-Understands the importance of being part of a team
-Understands the importance of being self-motivated and working independently
-Available to work flexible hours and weekends
-Valid driver’s license
-Sales experience is an asset, but not a requirement
-Bilingualism is also an asset, not a requirement
