Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with over one year of relevant experience to join our
team full-time. The successful candidate will operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy
equipment to support exploration and site development projects in remote environments. This position involves working in challenging terrain and conditions, requiring a high level of skill, safety awareness, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, skid steers, etc.) safely and efficiently on
exploration and construction projects.
• Perform outcrop stripping, road construction, trail building, and site preparation.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and ensure proper reporting of mechanical
issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures, environmental protection measures, and site-specific regulations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, clients, and other team members to meet project goals.
• Adapt to remote work environments, including camp accommodations when required.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment (excavator experience is an asset).
• Valid driver’s licence (DZ or AZ an asset).
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in remote, rugged environments.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment upkeep.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including extended shifts from time to time.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, WHMIS, Working at Heights) are considered an asset.
