DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform drywall repairs and patching throughout the facility

·         Prepare surfaces and apply paint to walls, ceilings, and trim

·         Complete minor installations such as wall fixtures, shelving, and hardware

·         Conduct general touch-ups and aesthetic repairs in guest rooms and public areas

·         Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks and larger renovation projects as needed

·         Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized

·         Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders

·         Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to minimize disruption to guests

·         Other duties assigned
