What is the main goal for the project?

Join our team as a Graphic Designer, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills, contributing directly to our brand's visual identity. Dive deep into real-world projects, collaborate with our marketing and design teams, and learn the nuances of crafting compelling visual content for various platforms.

Responsibilities:

To accomplish this, we expect that you will:

• Design Creation: Develop and adapt graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials like brochures, banners, social media posts, and web pages.
•  Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with our brand's guidelines, enhancing our visual identity consistently across all platforms.
• Feedback Implementation: Work closely with the design team and incorporate feedback to improve and finalize designs.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, suggesting new ideas and innovations.
• Collaboration: Work alongside other departments, understanding their design needs, and providing creative solutions.
• Asset Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining a digital library of design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Project Management: Juggle multiple design tasks, prioritizing according to deadlines and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in key design software such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of design principles.
• Effective communication skills, able to articulate design choices and take constructive feedback.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of print and digital design processes.

What support will you receive in completing the project?

You will work closely with the project lead who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to your tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Job Type: Internship / Co-op (Full-Time Preferred)

Contract length: 4 months 400 hours or more

Location: Remote

Schedule: 30+ hours per week, Day shift or afternoon shift
