Job Description: The server/bartender position at Kesagami Lodge requires a hard-working personable individual.
This is a 9-week summer operation lasting from May 18
th to July 28th, 2025. This position has a rotation schedule
consisting of serving meals, bartending, and assisting with various lodge tasks. There is one day off every week and
hours off are allotted each day while going through the rotation. Kesagami lodge is a 5-star resort providing the
best in customer service and a world class fishing experience.
Compensation: Salary starts at $3350.00 per month to $3650 per month based off experience, PLUS tips, (usually
between $2500 and $3000 for the term of employment) There is no charge for room and board. Housing and meals
are provided during the work term as well as your round-trip flight in and out of the lodge.
Duties:
- Taking orders and serving meals/drinks to customers
- Bartending
- Assist in the kitchen.
- Unload float planes with supplies.
- Basic grounds keeping
- Assist with Housekeeping if needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Valid Smart serve. CPR Certified, Submit a resume with references. Complete a zoom or in person meeting.
Work well with others and be a good team player. 19 years of age minimum.
