Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Process and manage payroll for hourly employees in compliance with company policies and
procedures
• Enter timesheet information and verify hours
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including deductions, benefits and tax information
• Resolve payroll discrepancies
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting requirements
• Assist with other tasks as needed
• Able to meet deadlines, working with a team and independently
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent: additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
• 1-2 years of payroll experience an asset but willing to train
• Experience with ADP WFN and HR Experience is an asset
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
is required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
