Description:
The Timmins and District Hospital Foundation is looking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant. Our fun-loving, busy team needs more administrative support to keep up with our growing business. The ability to work amazing donors, a dedicated Board of Directors and a team that puts the mission before themselves is what you will look forward to!
Essential Functions:
• Receive/process gifts from donors in person, by phone and online.
• Understand/learn our business software, Donorperfect.
• Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, help with governance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service support while respecting confidentiality and building positive relationships.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Bilingualism is considered an asset–English/French.
• Post-secondary diploma in business or office administration or equivalent work experience.
• Well-organized and self-motivated.
• Dependable, innovative and a team player.
• Advanced level computer skills.
