We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment and materials.
• Run printing equipment
• Installing signs onto boards
• Taking care and managing of service calls
• Accounts receivables
• Answering phone calls and taking customer orders
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to production processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a production environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided.
