Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will contribute significantly to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all food handling and preparation meets safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
