We at ReadyQuip are currently looking to grow our team and expand our organization. In doing so, a Shop Assistant (Student) is a key component to our growth. We are searching for a dedicated, and self-motivated individual that can help bring ReadyQuip to the next level.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·       Assist Shop Mechanics and Parts Department as directed by Supervisor

·       Perform pressure washing and machine preparation

·       Conduct proper shop clean up and support contamination control efforts

·       Coordinate, organize and control inventory of tool crib

·       Provide open communication assistance to the team as required

·       Participate in workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy behaviors and objectives at all times in support of Health and Safety Policy/ Programs and best practices

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Customer centric with strong business acumen and a sense of urgency

·       Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

·       Organized with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

·       Self-starter, independent and a service-oriented team player with strong initiative and flexibility

·       Willing and able to work flexible hours in support of the customer and business needs

·       Basic computer aptitude with Microsoft Office Applications and/or inventory programs
