The Opportunity

EXP is currently seeking a surveyor to work in our New Liskeard office. This is an immediate opening for you to join our talented and dynamic Infrastructure Group.

Job Description: As a surveyor at EXP you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and assessments of land, structures, and other physical features. Your expertise will support our projects in [specific areas, e.g., construction, land development, etc.], ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and property surveys using advanced equipment and techniques.
• Analyze and interpret survey data to produce detailed reports and maps.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate measurements and insights.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update survey records and documentation.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to survey data.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the field data collection and office processing is required
• Experience in using surveying equipment and software, i.e. Leica Equipment, AutoCAD and Civil3D, are an asset; training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge in surveying techniques and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
