About Us

CJ Equipment Sales and Service  is looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and keeping a busy yard organized and safe, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Organize, clean, and maintain the yard and storage areas.
• Load and unload equipment, materials, and deliveries.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and basic maintenance needs.
• Wash and prepare equipment for customer pickup or delivery.
• Assist with inventory control and yard organization.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, or other equipment (training provided if required).
• Perform general yard maintenance, including snow removal, sweeping, and debris cleanup.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support the shop and service team as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment is an asset but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
