Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring that each guest has a pleasant and restful stay. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms and public areas to the management.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or housekeeping services.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Adhere to the motel’s standards for cleanliness and guest service.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Ensure that all rooms are prepared for check-in on time.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
