We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Summer Student to join our Information Technology team. This is a great opportunity for a post-secondary student to gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Salary of $18.50 per hour

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, basic networking concepts, and common IT tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software, network issues).
Assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and ticket resolution.
Set up and configure workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Support user onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and access permissions.
Assist with system maintenance, inventory management, and documentation.
Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, rollouts, or audits as required.
