The Mics Group of Health Services is seeking a dynamic and innovative Patient Care Manager (PCM) for its Lady Minto Hospital Site, located in Cochrane, ON. Reporting to the Mics chief of nursing the PCM is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of a 33-bed acute/complex continuing care unit, as well as the emergency, oncology and general surgery departments. This position works in close collaboration with PCMs from the other 2 sites to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient and patent centered care for all clinical areas. Qualifications: 

• BScN in nursing and graduate of an accredited school of nursing 
• Masters degree in Nursing or Health Administration (asset)
• Minimun of 5 years experience preferred
• Previous demonstrated leadership and management expereince required (leadership management course desirable)
