MDG Landscaping & Snow Removal Inc. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in a hands-on, outdoor role. This position involves a variety of tasks including lawn care, gardening, hardscaping, and seasonal snow removal. If you have a strong work ethic and a valid G Driver’s License, we want to hear from you!

Duties Include:

• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Assisting with hardscape projects (pathways, patios, retaining walls)
• Digging holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Using power tools and landscaping equipment
• Maintaining gardens (weeding, mulching, watering)
• Snow plowing, shoveling, salting, and sanding (winter months)
• Helping to build structures like fences, decks, and pergolas
• Performing general lawn care and grounds keeping tasks

Requirements:

• MUST have a valid G Driver’s License
• Experience in grounds keeping or landscaping preferred (not required)
• Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment
• Physical stamina for outdoor manual labour
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
