We are currently seeking results-driven Lead Miners / Jumbo Operators to join our team at Bell Creek Mine. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals who are ready to lead crews and operate equipment with precision and pride.

What You’ll Be Doing

·       Leading a development crew to achieve safe and successful results.

·       Operating the Jumbo to cycle a full round according to the mining plan, with attention to geology control to minimize dilution.

·       Constructing and maintaining underground installations as the face advances.

·       Organizing the removal of muck from the work area.

·       Ensuring all tasks are completed with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·       Ontario Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Specialty Module – U0089 or equivalent (Soft Rock experience not accepted).

·       Minimum of 3 years experience operating the Jumbo in an underground mining environment.

·       Proven ability to cycle a full round independently.

·       Experience leading a development crew.

·       Outstanding safety record and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
