Northern Labour Supply Services (NLSS) is currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious Skilled Labourers to support open-pit operations within the Timmins area. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the mining and heavy construction sectors with consistent hours and the potential for contract extensions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general labour duties including site clean-up, equipment movement, and material handling
• Support the operations team in various daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and procedures
• Wear and maintain basic PPE as required (CSA boots, high-visibility gear, etc.)
• Report safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with crew members

Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite (Timmins-based)
• Ability to work both day and night 12-hour shifts (5 days on, 2 off)
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in varying outdoor conditions
• Completion of WHMIS and Worker Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps, or willingness to complete prior to start
• Ability to complete site-specific inductions as required
• Previous labour or industrial work experience is considered an asset
